BULLETIN RESCUE
Terms and refunds
Updated October 29, 2026. Bulletin Rescue is operated by Park Computer Systems.
The service
Upload Publisher files you own or have permission to process. After upload, sign in with your email to review free, watermarked previews before checkout. Lifetime access includes PowerPoint and PDF downloads of files that successfully convert, packaged in their original folders.
Lifetime access — $29 once
A one-time payment of $29 USD grants conversion and download access on your verified email account for the lifetime of the Bulletin Rescue service, including future uploads, browser editing, and PDF/PNG exports. Available discount codes may be applied at checkout. There is no subscription and no per-file charge. Each batch may contain up to 200 files, with a 50 MB limit per file and 500 MB total. Up to five batches may be started per hour. These upload and rate limits protect the service. The browser editor saves its own project format and exports PDF/PNG; it does not write Microsoft .pub files. Publisher import converts editable text, images and basic shapes, and complex layouts or mixed text styling may change. Free accounts may save 5 editor projects; lifetime accounts may save 100. Saved editor projects remain until deleted. Keep local project backups. Conversion storage still expires after 24 hours, and support for every Publisher feature is not guaranteed. Earlier per-order purchases remain valid for their original order.
Conversion quality
Conversion uses LibreOffice's Publisher import. Fonts, layout, images, or unsupported features may differ from the original. Review each preview before paying. Keep your original Publisher files; this service does not replace your backup. PowerPoint compatibility can vary by editing application.
Downloads and deletion
Download access expires 24 hours after the order is created, including time spent uploading and converting. Sign in with your verified email after upload and before previewing or paying to save the order to your account. You can access it from My orders on another device while the files are still available. Lifetime access does not extend the file expiry deadline; it lets you upload and convert again without paying again. Uploaded files and outputs are deleted automatically after expiry as described in our privacy policy. Download and save your archive before the expiry time shown on your order page.
No refunds — all sales are final
For purchases made on or after October 29, 2026, all Bulletin Rescue sales, including the $29 lifetime access purchase, are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind, unused access, or failure to download conversion files before their 24-hour expiry. Review your free conversion previews and try the browser editor before purchasing.
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, or Dodo Payments’ rights and obligations under its buyer terms. Earlier purchases remain subject to the terms in effect when purchased. If a full refund is required or issued by Dodo Payments, the lifetime access granted by that purchase is revoked.
